Breakstar Holidays is just a year old, but our team have been working in the Travel Industry for decades. We understand that looking for a great value family, group or couple holiday can be time consuming, and finding the best deals hard work. Let us do the work for you!

Our team negotiate deals with hotels and resorts to ensure the best deals. And we look for hotels we’d stay at with our families, keeping in mind the sort of things we know make a holiday not just a hotel stay, but a memorable experience. We only select hotels and resorts we’ve had first-hand experience with.

We work with a select number of hotels and resorts, meaning we don’t have a thousand options, but the ones we have we know are the best-in-market.

Why our deals stack up

Our team of travel experts have been in the industry for decades, and we pride ourselves in finding the best deals for couples and families at the hotels and resorts we’d like to stay at, with the best inclusions and of course, at the best possible rates. We endeavour where we can to ensure that our packages have those extra’s that make your stay special included, such as transfers, meals and activities. This will save you a lot of money, and ensures our deals always stack up against others in market. If you do find the same deal at a better price, let us know and we’ll do our very best to beat it.

How do I make a booking after I buy a voucher?

Once you’ve purchased an e-voucher it will be emailed to you on the address you provide. To make a booking, all you need to do is follow the links and instructions in the e-voucher. For most vouchers, that means continuing to the booking site and then selecting your dates, entering the voucher or member number and completing your booking.

Alternatively you can call the number provided or send an email to one of our booking agents. If you don’t receive your email, don’t panic. It might have gone to a spam folder . Simply email or call us and we’ll send another one right away.

Are there Timeshare deals?

We do promote some properties from time to time that offer heavily discounted rates in return for attending a holiday club presentation. We think this is great value, as for 90 minutes out of your time, you can save and get to stay at an amazing resort at a very discounted rate.

These offers come and go on a limited basis. We believe that these offers are perfect family getaways that don’t hurt the hip pocket. If you would prefer not to book one of these discounted offers, simply select one of our many others.


How do I cancel a Booking or E-voucher Purchase?

Confirmed Bookings- Cancellations and Refunds policy depend on the hotels booking conditions as payments are made directly to the hotel at the time of confirmation. Please read the terms and conditions of each offer. To cancel or change a booking, click the My Bookings link at the footer of the Breakstar website and use the form provided.

E-vouchers- We offer a 100% refund on e-voucher purchases if you cannot book dates within 90 days of purchase, subject to the general availability terms advertised on the booking page. You can also transfer the same value to other offers if you change your mind. Contact reservations@breakstarholidays.com for refunds or cancellations of an e-voucher.

Flights – generally non refundable unless there is an extenuating circumstance. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate those unfortunate events. For pre-purchased vouchers please read the terms issued with each one, however generally they are non-refundable but the credit can usually be retained for later use, or use with another deal subject to availability.
