The Mangosteen Resort & Spa

  • These heavily discounted promotional rates are strictly subject to availability. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive contact from the resort.
  • Upon selecting this offer, the guest accepts that the Mangosteen Resort will contact guest and will manage the booking process. There may be room upgrades available and offered at time of booking
  • Offer is valid for COUPLES only and guests must be first time visitors and 35 years or older
  • Multiple vouchers are not allowed to extend stays but may be purchased for friends and family (traveling during a different period)
  • No group bookings (two or more affiliated couples staying at the resort at the same time)
  • This is an adult couples resort. Resort does not cater for children.
  • Not valid with any other offer or promotion, subject to availability and for consecutive nightly stays only
  • Additional nights and upgrades can be purchased through the resort at promotional rates
  • Maximum capacity per room promoted is 2 person
  • For residents of Australia only
  • Cancellation Policy: All booking requests once confirmed are non-refundable and non-cancellable
  • Travel date changes may be permitted subject to availability and approval from the resort’s management
  • No show or early check-out will result in 100% cancellation fee being applied
  • Package is based on 2 adults only
  • There is no capacity for additional bedding in the room
  • Additional nights may be requested at time of booking, however additional nights are strictly payable to the resort on check-in and may not be pre-purchased. The resort will offer promotional rates for any requested additional nights.
  • On 31 December 2017, the resort holds a compulsory Gala Dinner and New Year party. A surcharge of 4900 Thai Baht per person is applied and payable direct to the resort
  • Check in is 2pm and check-out is at 11am
  • Any additional expenses incurred by guest during their stay must be paid in cash to the Resort based on the Resorts individual terms and conditions – Guests are required to provide a credit card imprint or cash bond for incidentals during their stay
  • Package includes Accommodation only and excludes flights
  • Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge
  • Travel Insurance is recommended
